Insurance Information

Drs. Mennitt and Daly make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. As a courtesy to you we will electronically file your insurance claim on the day of your procedure(s). To maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures we will exercise all due diligence to ensure that a “clean claim” is received by your insurance carrier in a timely fashion. However, should your insurance fail to pay your claim within 60 days, you will be required to satisfy the outstanding account balance by credit card. You will then need to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company.
